At the Momensity Marketplace, we take intellectual property rights (IPR) very seriously, and we expect our vendors to do the same. This policy explains how we handle allegations of IPR infringement against content uploaded to our platform by our vendors and how copyright owners and authorized parties can submit valid notices of IPR infringement.
As allegations of IPR infringement are made against the content in our vendors’ products, this policy also explains how vendors can respond when a DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) takedown notice has been issued against their products.
Our DMCA and General IPR Takedown Notice Policy is designed to protect the intellectual property rights of our community while maintaining a fair and efficient process for addressing allegations of infringement.
If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed upon by content uploaded to the Momensity Marketplace, you can submit a valid notice of infringement by following our designated procedure. We will review your notice and take appropriate action, including removing the infringing content from our platform.
If you are a vendor on our platform and receive a DMCA takedown notice for one of your products, you can respond by following our procedure for DMCA counter-notices. We will review your response and take appropriate action, which may include reinstating the content if we determine that the takedown notice was submitted in error.

What are your options if you think your content is being used without your permission?
At the Momensity Marketplace, we understand the importance of protecting intellectual property rights (IPR) and take any allegations of infringement very seriously. If you believe that your IPR has been infringed upon by content uploaded by one of our vendors, there are several steps you can take:
- Contact the vendor directly Consider contacting the vendor (author of the product) who you believe may be breaching your IPR. It’s possible that there may be a misunderstanding that you and the vendor can resolve without needing to resort to the formal processes outlined below.

- Submit a DMCA takedown notice If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of a copyright owner, you can submit a DMCA takedown notice to request that we take down the content uploaded by the vendor.
